Stratos Rentals Terms & Conditions
DRIVER’S QUALIFICATIONS:
Driver must be over 21 and be a credit card holder. Also, a valid driving license held for at least one year is required.
A security deposit is required for the vehicles.
- CAT A 200€
- CAT B 350€
- CAT C 500€
- CAT D 700€
Must be holder of Driving license for the specific category.
Non-EU driving License holders need both a valid International Driving Permit (IDP) and their current National driver’s license.
An extra charge Young Driver Fee is applied between age 21 to 25 for CAT A,B,C,D.
Driver must choose the extras or will be charged on the spot if do not meet the minimum requirements.
To complete an online reservation through www.stratosrentals.com customer must have a valid credit/debit card.
PAYMENT POLICY
Prepayment 30% of total price of the reservation would be charged at the time of booking.
In order to pick up the reserved vehicle, the card holder must present the card under which the reservation was made. The card holder will appear as the driver on the rental agreement. We accept most credit cards including Visa , MasterCard and American Express.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation is free up to 14 days before your pick-up date. In this case, we will refund the full prepayment amount of your reservation.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the pick-up date are non-refundable
If a coupon discount is applied to the booking, the reservation becomes entirely non-refundable, regardless of the cancellation date.
Early Booking Offer is non refundable.
Non-Show: If customer fails to collect the vehicle on the predetermined pick-up date and time the amount is Non-Refundable.
Stratos Rentals reserves the right to cancel a client’s booking in the event of mechanical issues or other unforeseen circumstances.
In such cases, we will offer an alternative vehicle. If the alternative is declined, we will refund the full amount of the prepayment.
MODIFICATION OF RESERVATION
Stratos Rentals allows you to make changes on a reservation .

Any change to a booking will be recalculated based on the availability and prices at the time the change is made. This may be greater or lesser than the price originally booked.
EARLY RETURN
Please note that we are unable to give a refund if you return the vehicle earlier than the reservation’s return date and time.
FUEL POLICY
Full to Full
The Renter is obliged to return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel as it had when collected. In the case of returning the vehicle with less fuel, the renter will be charged with the fuel difference.
VEHICLE TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS
Our vehicles are not permitted to leave Paros, with the exception of Antiparos that is allowed, where vehicles are allowed.
Taking a vehicle on a ferry to any other island is strictly prohibited and will immediately void your insurance coverage and road assistance.
